Project and Exhibition Together with Sara Wallstedt

The project aims to explore collaborative processes, starting from the material-based art practices of both Sara and myself, focusing on our two materials – textile and metal. The collaboration was first presented to the public in the exhibition Kontakt Sökes in January 2024. The exhibition showcases joint works that reflect what happens when two artists come together. By developing our own new techniques, we present a series of sculptures that highlight the similarities and capabilities of the materials, and how they mirror each other in an act of balance, attempting to connect.
